Anjou is a European pear tree that produces a heavy crop of medium to large, pale green pears with a creamy white flesh. Perfect for eating, canning, and baking, and their flavor improves after being stored for 1–2 months. The trees are vigorous and moderately resistant to fireblight, a more common issue in pears.
