  • Desert King Fig is one of the best suited fig trees for our climate, withstanding colder winters and producing an abundant first crop mid-summer. Can be pruned and kept to a smaller size (approx 10'). It produces large, greenish-yellow fruits with a rich, sweet flavour and a deep pink interior. Edible fresh, dried, or preserved, they are often used in desserts, jams, salads, or eaten on their own.
