A Tayberry is a hybrid berry, a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry, developed in Scotland and named after the River Tay. It's known for its large size, deep reddish-purple colour, and sweet-tart flavour with hints of raspberry and blackberry, making it excellent for eating fresh, jams, and pies.
