A perennial vegetable harvested in April - May. Mary Washington is an heirloom variety produces extra large, uniform green spears that are ~3/8" in diameter.Vigorous, disease-resistant, and high-yielding.
Takes 2-3 years before significant crop production. Once established will produce well for 10-15 years. All our asparagus plants are male.
