Delft Perpetual Leek

Delft Perpetual is a unique perennial winter leek that produces new shoots from its base. When harvesting, if you cut just above the ground while leaving the roots and base intact, the offshoots can develop into new leek plants. Alternatively, you can allow the leeks to flower in their second year, after which the offshoots will begin to grow soon after seed formation.
